I think this is just incredible.  The ability for these types of divers to control their bodies and breathing for this long blows my mind.  I doubt he could hold it that long when actually swimming, but even being able to stay underwater for half that long while snorkeling would be very fun.

The movie “The Cove” is up for an Oscar for Best Documentary and the film will soon be released in Japan.  If you are a Facebook user, I would ask that you consider signing their on-line petition to the President, VP and Japanese Ambassador to the US.  The movie is also available in rental stores and can be purchased…..I recommend renting/purchasing it.
